SPoT 20 Year Anniversary Art Show Part One

Part one of the SPoT 20 Year Art Show at The Bricks is now on display. Here are a few photos from the opening night: SPoT 20 Year Anniversary Art Show Part One.

Who is Sebastian Coolidge?

AlBow and I were blown away today when we rolled up to work and found this outside of Innetech...

Austin's Art War

More of Austin's work is on the walls at the Park, this time in the hallway near the Kahuna. HiDefJoe was there to capture the progress and get a few words about his amazing work, capped with the best advice you could give and/or take at the end.

Austin's Art War

You might know Austin England from his amazing work around the Park, The Bricks, and of course from his FSEC fame. Add him to the list of transplants that have headed out west starting as far back as the early 90's here in Tampa. Austin just completed another project for Brooklyn Projects filmed by Colin Clark with a BBQ, skateboarding, homies, and art. Reminds me of a certain event we have coming up here next weekend involving all those things.

Gratitude Art Show at The Bricks

If you were out for the Gratitude Art Show opening at The Bricks, thanks for stopping by. Here's a portion of the work and some lurk: Gratitude Art Show at The Bricks. It will be up all month long and through Tampa Pro.

Welcome Again

I don't want it to be over, so all week long, I'm going to be sharing my photos from the Tampa Am weekend here. The Thursday night Welcome to Town Art Show and Party seems like it was already so long ago.

Tampa H.A.M. = Tampa Am Nightlife

Filmer Joe has an edit from the 5 SPoT Art Show and Welcome to Tampa Party last night. There was a raging bowl jam, free sauce, all the homies, and work from over 100 participating artists to buy at very fair prices with all the proceeds going to Boards for Bros. Welcome to town, Tampa Am is on!

Deck the Halls

Over 50 artists were in on this one. If you were at The Bricks last night for the Show, thanks for stopping by. I got a nice chill cam dump out of it: Faces of Deck Art Show at The Bricks.

Art Bars

After the celebrities drop in here at SPoT, they probably move on to the next category: Best New Way to Get High. Thanks to the local rag Creative Loafing for giving us the Best Celebrity Drop-Ins award this week. Speaking of that, I'm a fan of the chubby Canadian, but go easy on the Weezy up there - ha. Keep up those call outs, though, please. The Bricks also got an Award: Best Art Parties. You can find out why this Saturday night at the 2 for 2 Free Show at 8pm with bands at 10pm. If you're lucky, Schaefer himself will bus your table.

If You Can't Beat 'em, Join 'em

The rats are never going away. Austin England took his Art War and made the dopest bathroom in skateboarding that much better. Check out his work in the Skatepark of Tampa crapper.
