Bucky Lasek Earns This Month's Cover

The Editor went ahead and gave Bucky the coveted cover spot of Frontside Grind Magazine for winning the Vans Pool Party yesterday. He's 40 as f**k and beat 18 year old Pedro Barros in the Finals. Thanks for the show, Vans. Good bye, California. We'll be back soon. Get all the other issues of Frontside Grind Magazine here.

Hot Off the Presses

Last night was the Old Man Appreciation Bowl Jam and of course, The Editor has another round of issues for Frontside Grind Magazine: Old Man Appreciation Bowl Jam 2012 Presented by Creature and PBR. Check out HiDefJoe's recap here:

AmsterDamn Am This Weekend

We're here in Amsterdam for the 7th Annual AmsterDamn Am presented by Volcom. Ryan Clements found a nice bowl of dicks to play in for a new cover of Frontside Grind Magazine. Many Careers Launched by The Mag Last Night

The Editor nearly had a seizure while trying to capture all the cover shots at this one. Thanks to Creature and Stone Brewing Company for the support on the Old Man Appreciation Bowl Jam. We have about a year's subscription worth of covers from this session. Frontside Grind Magazine circulation is up 10,000%: Old Man Appreciation Bowl Jam Presented by Creature.

Print Rising From the Dead

The Mag has experienced meteoric growth through 2011 and into 2012 with the addition of two special Guest Editors to the staff. Jesse Fritsch pens for Ryan Clements' new cover and Ryan Clements authored a Birdman cover.

Hot Off the Press

Dave Hackett has some medical bills, plus he's OG cool guy, so the OG homies are getting together on Saturday, December 10, 2011 in San Diego. The Editor did Hackett a favor and granted him the cover this month.

Covers, Baby

Hot off the press are two new issues of The Mag. The Editor is concerned that the number of inside jokes on recent covers might not bode well for circulation numbers and therefore cause investor consternation. It's okay because FSG is soooo anti-corporate. Congrats on your first cover, Jesse Fritsch. You've come a long way since the Sprite commercial.
On the last two occasions I've been at a bowl session with Paul Zitzer, he's had an awful collision. Paul's another newcomer to The Mag. The Editor hopes it has the same impact on his career that Skate Master Tate did.

Special Birthday Man Edition of FSG

Happy Birthday, Clem. I got you the cover of The Mag. Catch Clem doing live TV today at 4pm PST on Fuel TV for the Coastal Carnage Finals.

Caveman Carnage

The Editor has published a new issue of Frontside Grind Magazine after an overdose of transition at the Coastal Carnage this weekend. The Finals are live on Fuel TV at 4pm California time today.

The Mag Needs and Intern

Old friends in many ways, including duration of friendship and age, were in the bowl tonight. It's late after a long workday and longer skate day and the editor of Frontside Grind Magazine doesn't have any energy left to send issues to the press, so all you get is plain old skateboarding pics: Old Friends in the Bowl.
