Chris Pastras sits down and talks about the rise and fall of Stereo Skateboards on this episode of Hand in Hand. Pastras and Jason Lee created Stereo after becoming disillusioned by the skate industry at the time. They borrowed aesthetics from the old school jazz scene and transformed it into Stereo Skateboards. Old jazz album covers became reborn into board graphics that skaters could relate to. The rest is history. Stereo will always be known for it's artistic impact on skateboarding.
